The product is based on a pure acid protease suitable for all tanning processes within acid pH range, such as Pickling, Acid bating, Wet-Blue reconditioning to improve leather quality and yield without harm.

Application recommendation:

Ø  Wet-Blue reconditioning: the recommended dosage is 1% at 40℃, or less at higher temperature.

Ø  For acid bating, general dosages are as follows (% on Pelt Wt):

l  Cattle upper leather: 0.50%- 1.00%

l  Cattle sofa leather: 2.00% -3.00%

l  Sheep garment leather: 1.00% -2.00%

l  Goat garment leather: 1.50% -3.00%

l  Pigskin upper leather: 1.00%- 2.00%

l  Pigskin garment leather: 2.00%- 4.00%

Package & Storage

Ø  Package 25kgs/drum; Other package sizes are possible upon request

Ø  Storage Keep sealed in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight.

Ø  Shelf life:  12 months in a dry and cool place.
